Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and unhelpful or rude service. Several reviews mention dirty bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and problems with the facilities such as broken tiles, malfunctioning AC, and lack of room service. While a few guests appreciated the affordable price and convenient location, these positives were often overshadowed by negative experiences. Some guests did note that the staff could be polite and accommodating, and a few found the rooms spacious or the environment quiet, but overall, the hotel struggled with basic standards of hygiene and customer service.
