Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and local amenities, as well as the enjoyable pool area. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, including issues with overbooking, unhelpful or rude front desk staff, and long wait times. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and worn-out linens. While some guests had positive experiences with staff and amenities, the negative feedback on service and cleanliness suggests areas for improvement.
