Cons (-) A big step down from the old Sofitel at the same prices. If the Sofitel was 4 stars then the Pullman struggles to reach three. Despite some refurbishing the hotel looks tired. They overcharge for everything- $17 for parking. The service is ok and nothing worked very well...internet, television etc

Cons (-) The staff was rude from the moment I walked in the door until the moment we left. They made jokes at my expense because it took me forever to get up the stairs since I'm pregnant. I booked two rooms but they didn't one of them available at 6pm (3 hours after check-in time). After sorting that mess out, we got stuck in the elevator which terrified my daughter. Pros (+) The staff was above and beyond wonderful!! Very nice, clean accommodations, and beautiful pool. Great location! Overall a lovely hotel.
Cons (-) Only downside is the only place to purchase water or soft drink was the bar. They charged us $4.00 for a small aluminum can of Sprite.
