Cons (-) The elevator went out minutes before we returned at 11pm, and service was partially restored just about midnight. We were on the 9th floor, and my wife had asthma, so we waited in the lobby. Nothing was offered - not a cold drink or a snack or anything other than a half-apologetic "Sorry".
