Everything was great. We were celebrating our 12yr wedding anniversary. The staff, room, and location was perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist you. Check in and out was a breeze. Room service and the food was great. The beach is right across the street.

Incredibly nice staff, always there, always available, couldn't ask for more. Gave us really good suggestions on restaurants and locations. The location is awesome, a few steps from the beach and in the center of Miami beach's nightlife.

The room was well-appointed and clean. The large balcony and corner room had great views down the street and over the tops of the palm trees. The location was pretty quiet, which is nice, but lots of restaurants and bars and the beach are walkable.
The bathroom did not have enough counter space. The shower controls were difficult to figure out and hard to adjust. There isn't really a lobby, just an entrance into a restaurant/bar. It almost feels like the hotel is an afterthought.

Good staff , nice and helpful
Very small reception combined with the restaurant abut I guess it’s Nikki beach , space is gold. Good small hotel in general, nice room for the price
