The staff at the hotel are excellent and very customer-service oriented. The location is quite good, and the pool and beach areas are clean and inviting. There are also lots of good restaurants in close walking distance, including two in the hotel. Pros (+) Everything was excellent! The location is perfect! A few walking blocks from the lively Ocean Drive, a short bike ride to the South Pointe Pier Point, and right on the beach. There are also some wonderful restaurants within one block radius of the hotel.
