There should be more toilets.
Almost everything else, its very clean. Best location. Best part is unlike other hostel you wont get any noise from any other room. Breakfast was awesome.
Small room but cheap compared to other so no complain.
I really liked the staff, who is really nice and do the best for us. I liked the property, it was cleaned all the day, it's comfortable too and it's good to have a meal in the evening. I met great people there
I was really nice, but just for the parties it wasn't what I expected for. The entry is about 30$ so it's really cheap for the place, but we was supposed to have vip entrance and free drinks inside and we never had the table and the drinks. Just a little more point, the bathroom was ok but couldn't open the window, even the room. So it was humid most of the time, not very good for sickness. Anyway the room was very comfortable. Thank you
- Excellent Location - Good Breakfast even they offer dinner on first come first serve basis though we did not eat that but it was a good thing. - Separate Washroom in 4 bed dorm.
- Staff Staff Staff, Why, The reason is We reached there in the morning in very exhausted condition (30 hours without sleeping) and requested the receptionist (Spanish Girl) for early checkin but she clearly forbid us for early checkin, however, she took money from us and kept our luggage in storage room and asked us to come at 3pm and we understood her point of view because of their rules. Finally, we arrived at hostel after spending 5 painful hours outside and found that she is going and giving charge to another guy (bearded man). I asked them feel our pain and comply your checkin commitment as we had not slept for 30 hours then the girl look at me in angry way and the guy (bearded man) misunderstood me and responded rudely that checkin time is 3pm. He took his time in charge-taking formalities from spanish lady and entertained people who just arrived at that time then we were allowed for checkin at 4pm. (after one hour of their given time) In a nutshell, Our point of view is - They do not comply their checkin time and exhibits strict policy for early checkin. - They have been emotionless, commercial and inhuman because of hefty guests' turnover. - Weak administrative controls and monitoring causing lack of professionalism in front desk staff. - No first come first serve rule is applied. - Front desk staff need training of How to deal people. - One morning, we noticed during the rain, two girls came for checkin but were not allowed early checkin, they did not even have umbrella and went outside to kill time in rain somewhere. we really felt bad about this brutal act of hostel management. I have visited many countries and this was my worst experience about front desk staff against their guests though hotel was overall good and recommended for stay. (Washing machines area, breakfast, room service, wash rooms, dining room, iron, hair drying facilities were satisfactory) Thanks Ali Syed
The location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was just perfect.
The dinner offered was carbs, carbs, and more carbs. And lots of them. This is more of a party Hostel. I will choose elsewhere next time.
