Dream South Beach Hotel is in two of Miami Beach Art Deco's former icons, the Tudor Hotel and Palmer House. It is a boutique hotel. It opened in 2009. The hotel is 9.1 miles from the Miami International Airport and it is 50 yards from the beach. It is pet friendly.

There is an upscale Mexican restaurant called Naked Taco which serves 125 different tequilas. It has a bar, cafe and an al fresco patio. HIGHBAR is a disco-era rooftop lounge that has ocean views and an infinity edge pool.
