Pros (+) It was close to the beach but far from South Beach. It was really cheap for being in Miami Beach area. I would say they try to be secure by locking the main door at 11 p.m. There is 7 Eleven located right next to the hotel so it is really convenient.
Cons (-) For some reason they don't have AC in the hallway, which makes it extremely humid and nasty once you step outside of your room. Room was okay, but house keeping was really bad. We stayed for 5 nights and they never came in and cleaned the room--all they did was switch towels and take out the trash. Oh, and they don't provide shampoo which I thought this was really odd.
