The facilities are very nice and modern. Everything was so clean.
The location was good and had many eateries just besides the hotel. Mexico zoological park and some other touristy places were closeby. Access to Touribus (hope on hop off bus) was just 7-10mins drive away. The room was clean and good.
- We opted for standard suite and it SHOULD HAVE the hairdryer, safe deposit box, ironing facilities and the coffee machine as per the items listed on booking.com. But when we saw none of these in our room, we checked with the receptionist and she said that standard room doesn't have any of these and to get these facilities we need to upgrade our room. - If you do NOT know Spanish then be ready to use sign language or phone translators to speak with the male receptionist (after 3pm). The lady receptionist (morning time till 3pm) does know manageable English though.
The location of the hotel is ok but there are only seven eleven stores and food stores. For everything you need to take a taxi.
The entire experience in this hotel has been awful. When we arrived after a flight of 15 hours we spend a very long time doing the check in since the machine to pay with credit card was not working. They wanted to make a copy of our credit card or to pay by cash. At the end they allowed us to check in after more or less one hour waiting. It was very surprising because they did not ask for the passports during the check in so I don’t think is a very safe hotel to sleep. When we arrived to the room it was dirty, the towels were dirty, it wasn’t air conditioning in the room! The hotel does not offer any food nor drink service you cannot get even a bottle of water in the hotel. From the beginning to the end of our stay in the hotel we had problems with them the manager of the hotel was following us to make us pay and on the phone saying to the receptionist to make us pay for a towel that they said it was dirty “as if towels in hotels were not there for being used” I would not recommend this hotel to no one one of the worse experiences so far!
Well functioning kitchen with utensils, staff services.
My room is 407 which is between floor 3 and 4, so I need to go down and upstairs after the elevator.
Staff were friendly
No kettle in the room
