Guest reviews highlight a convenient location and generally friendly staff, with some appreciating the room size and amenities for the price. However, many guests report significant cleanliness issues, ongoing construction, and maintenance problems. Service is described as inconsistent, with some positive experiences but also several complaints about unresponsiveness and lack of support. The value for price is seen as fair by some, but others feel it does not compensate for the hotel's condition. Overall, the hotel is considered suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location over comfort.
