Loved the beach front. Did not like the restaurant. Especially in the morning breakfast. The tiki bar drinks were good. The live music was good. Was not happy about the $10 a day parking fee. The price of the rooms was fair.
The parking fee. $10 a day.
Outdoor bar/cafe had great space and views, service was not as good (slow and not enough people).
Outdoor halls facing pool were noisy till late at night. Noisy air conditioner, sounded like a plane landing when compressor on. Our room had Aruban full of dirty water.
The view of the ocean and city. Comfortable bed.
We've stayed here before and we live the location, the tiki bar, the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel.
You apparently can't get oceanfront rooms with 2 queen beds. We were very disappointed that we did not overlook the ocean.
Its located on the beach
Never got room cleaning service.
When my boyfriend and I went, after we checked in we found out that there were two weddings booked for the night we were there and we had to park across the street. We paid $10 for parking at the hotel and couldn¿t find parking. Made us upset
Staff was nothing special. Just average
Ease of access/location, ease of parking, outdoor dining was excellent, staff outperformed especially in the dining area.
Pool and staff friendlyness. Girl ar Gilattoand waitressi main restaraunt very good.
For the price the restaurant food was mediocre at best, also the room was run down as were the common spaces, other than the lobby. I know it hard keeping up a place on the ocean front but this place needs a facelift soon or lower the rates.
Clean, comfortable, right on nice beach. Family-oriented (even during spring break). Breakfast buffet was wonderful, top-notch restaurant, wonderful staff. Rent for chairs/umbrella reasonable. Even the bathroom soap was super nice. Hope to go back.
Access to the beach was a little awkward, in that you had to go through the pool area, and that is locked at night. It was unlocked in time to watch sunrise on the beach, though.
The fact it was right on the beach with great access and beautiful views it was amazing.
For being the crown plaza it was not as up to date as I thought and the cleanliness was not what I expected. The balcony¿s had old furniture and nothing comfortable to sit on and enjoy the view. It¿s like they painted it to make it look new.
The location of the hotel and the layout of it is amazing. we had an inside balcony and could see the pool all the way out to the ocean and it was absolutely gorgeous!
For the price; i really can¿t complain.
