The price was very good and not as much as I thought it was going to be
None of staff spoke English. Only one man spoke a little english. We wanted to use the safe in our room but we couldn’t get it open, I asked at reception and I thought they had done some electronically and that the safe would be open when I returned to the room but it wasn’t so I gave up. The cleaners did not replace our towels on the second day so we used our own. The breakfast could be improved. There wasn’t even a water cooler/jug so you could get your own water. I had to ask for orange juice as they didn’t have juice coolers/jugs either.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining staff prepared every meals well and served with care. The cleaning staff was excellent. Wish I spoke more Spanish so that I could have communicated how much we appreciate their willing to serve us, courtesy and hospitality.
Limited breakfast choices for patrons who do not eat eggs, pork or poultry products. Staff could not communicate in English.
