Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences at reception and during breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple guests reporting issues such as dirty bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and insufficient cleaning. The hotel's location was also criticized for being in an industrial or inconvenient area, far from amenities or difficult to access. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable, negative experiences with hygiene and accessibility were common.AI-generated from customer reviews
