Excellent 10.0
Pros: That is the case when hotel personnel made your trip unforgettable. The manager, Karim is the first-class host: - maximum helpful person, careful and always ready to support 24/7 (info on the city, infrastructure etc) - organized for us a perfect trip to Merzouga and car rental. Has a lot of entrusted people in the team - we felt ourselves definitely special guests. We travel a lot bit this was irregularly great Beautiful riad, tasty and flexible breakfasts, perfect location close to Bacha palace and automobile road
Cons: Difficult to state something here
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Despite all the limitations associated with covid, we were welcomed in this wonderful riyad. it is in this place that you will be heard and helped. here you will find rooms for every taste. here is the most caring staff who thinks first of all about you, not about their own benefit, and that's great. I express my deepest gratitude to this place.
Cons: there is nothing that we would not like. everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is truly beautiful. Karim was very helpful from the second we booked the hotel - he arranged our transfer from the airport and also suggested excursions and day trips for us to check out before we arrived. The rooms are traditional and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and all the staff are very friendly and honestly cannot do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location - very close to the markets and a very short ride away from a lot of the typical excursions (we did the Quad/Buggy rides). There are many delicious traditional restaurants within walking distance, and we also spent an evening chatting with other people staying at the hotel on the rooftop drinking wine and enjoying the sunset which was lovely. We were unfortunate to spend part of our break very concerned about Coronavirus and whether we would be able to return home as planned, however Karim kept our spirits high and made sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We were very lucky to have found such a lovely place to stay - thank you.
Cons: It is impossible to fault this hotel and the staff - very highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When you try to find the riad, do not trust Maps.me, because it shows not the correct placement of the hotel. Use google maps. When you get into medina streets, there will be lots of men who will want to help you find the riad for money, they will say that your GPS doesn’t work in the medina. That is not true. You can pay them to get help, or just spend additional 10-15 minutes and find it by yourself. Look for the door with number 188. The riad inside is extremely beautiful. We were welcomed with delicious mint tea. Riad is quiet place so you can have some rest. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and neat. The breakfast is wonderful too. There is also a possibility to have dinner for 20euros. Lovely stay, definitely amazing place to visit. Too bad we had only one day.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I very much appreciated the courtesy of the staff and their disposability answer our questions and accomodate all of our requests. The riad is cozy, clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing, with little birds singing in the courtyard.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very clean, good friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Cons: If you are a big guy like me then the short doors and narrow toilets might be too much, in addition the internet connection was a bit flakey but since I was disconnected was not too important
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and very warm staff. Asma, Karim, Rashida and Karima are gracious hosts and make you feel home. Would highly recommend it. Karim went out of his way to ensure immaculate service. The location is amazing and the place is very beautiful decorated and designed.
Cons: It met all my expectations. Will highly recommend it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Asma, our Host had been very helpfull, sat with us the day we arrived and gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The riad is very cozy, clean and very well situated. The breakfast was amazing. Home made youghurt was excellent and so was pastry and everything else. I appreciated that it was possible to arrange different time for breakfast every day , which helped us lot in our schedulle. Definitely a place to return when visiting Marrakech again. Thank you Asma.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff who manages the Riad is a plus. Rooms are large and confortable bed. Very nice place with rooftop terrace. I would choose again this structure for my future trip.
Cons: Not too easy to find but they had sent me a very clear map I did not eve need Interne to find it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, Ayoub and Ferdi, were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, very close to the souk. The room was also very beautiful! Thank you Ferdi for all the information :) everyone off the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was nice but very sweet and a lot of Bread, but that is the traditional way.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff, accomodation.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: An oasis in the chaotic medina ( frightening motor bikes and mules and bicycles making walking in the narrow foot paths a hazardous and unpleasant experience, though) The wonderful staff and direction of this attractive address.A very nice rooftop terrace, The luxury of having massage in one's room. The helpfulness of the staff and their flexibility to your requests, in my case special dietary matters for my breakfast
Cons: a bidet, more sound insulation in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great staff, great accommodation, great communication- perfect!
Cons: Nothing - a fantastic experience!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was amazing! Ferdi and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after us, it really felt like a home away from home. Definitely opt to book a taxi from the airport to the Riad that Ferdi can organise, because Marrakech is a hectic city and doing this makes your arrival really smooth! Despite the hectic environment outside, once you get inside the Riad, its a completely different atmosphere, you are welcomed by relaxing music and calm ambiance. The Riad itself is beautiful, and breakfast was hearty and amazing. Moroccan tea is available for guests throughout your stay, and we would also recommend having dinner at least on one of the nights. The 3 course meal was absolutely fantastic! Location wise, it is a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Koutabia Mosque and the main square. Ferdi explains the logistics beforehand, and gives you a copy of the city map which helps find your way around town. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the hospitality we received was the best! Thank you again Ferdi, Cedric, Simo, Ayoub, Abdeliah, Fatima and Khadija!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and Ferdi was a huge help in trying to navigate the Medina and with providing insight into the local culture & traditions. It very much felt like home and I will definitely stay here when I return to Marrakech. Super friendly, accommodating, tasty dinner and beautiful sun deck, etc.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A hidden gem and a great get away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Clean with attentive and friendly staff.
Cons: Loved this place but if I was being picky then a slightly bigger variety for breakfast, a bit of fruit would be great.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and provides a unique experience. Having breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Okay 4.0
Cons: I would not get back here again, there are so many options in the city fare more better and same or less expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Interior of the rooms, the staff!, breakfast served on table of your choice. Perfection!
Cons: Bit of noise from building site next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly and attentive, the pool and restaurant areas gorgeous and the food is great. I can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel. One of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in Europe and the States.
Cons: I liked everything about this property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent choice as well as quality.
Cons: No proper shower glass or curtain; consequently, the water splashed onto the floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The garden is magical. Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant. The staff was super helpful and kind, without being invasive. We stayed here for our last day in Marrakesh, and the place made it even harder to leave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cosy rooms, huge, very comfortable bed, huge towels, nice amenities in bathroom, lovely smell in all areas, very friendly staff, great food, wonderful pool and very comfortable sunloungers
Cons: We had booked a suite with balcony - just be aware that this means bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The lounge area and balcony are shared with the other room (always two rooms per lounge and balcony. Quite noisy despite location outside Medina.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great boutique hotel away from the main hustle and bustle but close to everything. Staff treat you very well!
Cons: Everything good.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Actually it is a luxury resort hotel it is clean ,nice and i got a big nice view room , i would thank mr bader in the reception , he was so helpful and professional he write down all the special restaurants that i wanted from day one . One thing to add , They have a very good chef of the room service , all the foods that i have ordered are very tasty . Four season is amazing !!!
Cons: The rate is a bit high .
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice hotel, restaurant is very good, we liked everything we tasted
Cons: But, all in all, it is not Four season standard, in my opinion. First, the pool is not clean enough, my kid got eye infection there ( Sam sure as it was the last hotel during our vacation and the incubation period confirms this). Second, somebody stole my Valentino shoose in the SPA and the security came only in 1 hour. They said they guess these were 2 ladies who are leaving the hotel now... Why couldn't they stop them earlier? Third, the SPA treatment was les then mediocre for both me and my husband... Once again, not the level you can expect in such a hotel. My conclusion, they pretend to be Four seasons, but they don't...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Liked everything about the hotel
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely pools and facilities

Excellent 10.0
Cons: The welcome and helpfulness of the Riad manager Ousama absolutely made our trip, we could not fault anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in the heart of the Medina but beautifully peaceful inside. The manager Oussama greeted us warmly and served tea on the roof terrace and gave us a really detailed map which stood us in good stead for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts (also on the roof terrace) were amazing and very generous. Having read some of the other reviews we decided to have dinner in the Riad one night and I am glad we did because it was sensational. Beija (who also does the breakfasts) is an amazing cook, and prepared one of the best tagines I have ever eaten. We had the room on the ground floor which does not have AC, but it didn't need it (at least in March!). Oussama and Beija were perfect hosts and I hope to meet them again!
Cons: One 'gotcha' (which is not a reflection on the Riad itself): The location shown on the map on Booking.com (and many other booking sites) is incorrect, but the location shown on Google Maps is correct.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Excellent food, excellent service, exceeding our expectations!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We received a very warm welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend booking an airport pick up through the riad as we would have struggled to find it otherwise. A beautiful place of tranquility in the heart of Marrakech, just a stones throw from the colourful souks. Would recommend riad herougui.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Osama and the rest of the team were so helpful and friendly and made our stay particularly good. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning sitting on the peaceful roof terrace
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Herougui! We stayed for two nights at the end of a few weeks spent travelling all over Morocco. It was such a treat and the perfect way to finish our holiday. Our room was peaceful with everything we needed and really tastefully decorated. Breakfast was the best of our entire trip- perfect pastries and bread, fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh cheese, honey, conserves, great coffee and mint tea..... we sadly didn't have time to try the dinner in the riad but the smells coming from the kitchen each evening were totally mouth-watering. I hope to be back to sample the full menu next time. Ousamma was very welcoming and helpful when checking us in and out :) We'll be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the riad, the staff was very helpful. Oussama was a great manager, very attentive to our needs. Amazing breakfast with good selection and also we arranged to have one dinner onsite, which was the best meal of our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful riad, tasteful, traditional decor. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The name says it all it’s truly a secret garden. I wish I did not have to disclose the name as I am afraid next time we want to book it will be sold out;). What a treat Hivernage sacred garden and suites was. The feeling we got was living at a friends villa with only six rooms, small and cozy pool and garden we felt very tranquil and well rested. The staff was amazing!! Ayoub and Salah were getting out of their way to cater to all of our complicated asks;). Their recommendations for shopping and food were spot on! Great location if you want to party at Hivernage spots and yet come back and totally relax;)! Would definitely recommend this place and go there again myself!
Cons: Some small details could be fixed like curtains not closing completely because they were not attached to the rod properly, the water not draining fast enough. But these things are easily fixed and did not affect our enjoyment of the place;)!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was amazing in this beautiful villa. I received a stunning suite plus an upgrade because it was my birthday the day before. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff will make sure that no request is left open. Special thanks to Ayoub that made my stay superb. Anybody can present a nice villa and room but what made my stay at the Hivernage unforgettable was the kindness and expertise from Ayoub! He had great tips for excursions, lead me to must see bars and restaurants and would make sure every entrance into the villa started with a warm welcome back.
Cons: i couldnt stay longer
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Ayoub or any of the other staff and they helped plan our time including visiting a lovely Hammam and a camel ride. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast (with fresh squeezed orange juice) everyday. We also enjoyed a couple of hours on the roof terrace resting our legs after lots of walking and relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great experience for very nice hotel in fancy area of Marrakesh! If you looking for a bit of relaxation from busy streets, Medina and want to escape on just chilling near the pool- thats your place. Staff was amazing, they helped us a lot with booking Desert experience for us, stored our luggage for these three days while we were on tour even though we havent stayed next night with them. We had breakfast packed for us since we were leaving very early for Merzouga. Absolutely amazing stay!
Cons: Just one minor thing - prices charged for having coffee at the hotel and two bottles of water that we took from room which i would assume should be complimentary (that is based on our experience from other hotels in Morocco) is way too high. I understand that there is not other place to go so it could be whatever cost but still have 15DMAD for 0.5l of water is way too much.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was perfect
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautifull “Palais” with a very friendly staff. Nearby the Medina and Nightlive. We Will certainly come again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else was amazing, staff superb polite and respectful. Room amazing and it's small but really nice
Cons: No self access as keys are to remain on site, however the concierge will hold it and return when you get back.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location and the stuff. The pool is just amazing
Cons: however the hotel needs to invest a bit in changing the linen the beds...(oldish)
Excellent 10.0
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The Ac wasn’t working properly which makes sleeping difficult especially during a heat wave...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Veey smiley and friendly staff
Cons: Literie ancienne et unconfortable
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very good location of the hotel, close to most sightseeing places of the city and also a mall just outdoor. Nice gym, well equiped and spacious. Breakfast is okay.
Cons: No informations about the hotel given at Checkin. TV program very bad, got only few channels and some of them aren’t working (TF1,M6…). AC very noisy and not that cold even if it’s at the max. Fridge not cold. For an hotel of 440 rooms, I’ve only found 2 front desk agents during checkin that were lost with check outs,

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was very kind & welcoming. The room was very clean & comfy. The breakfast was varied and could easily satisfy different diets (So a little bit opposite to what I read on a few reviews stating there were little options for breakfast. Maybe they took those reviews into consideration)
Cons: 1. The room was a bit small for 3 people especially for the price we're paying. 2. We had lunch next to the swimming pool, and when we told them to add the price on our room, they (kindly) said that we had to pay right away since apparently we didn't pay some caution we were not aware of. It bothered us a little bit since we had to come back to our room and pick up our wallets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect. I needed a little getaway with the family and this was ideal. Quick thank you to people all the staff they were exceptional. Abdalah at the reception who I have dealt with on a previous stay. He is so kind, caring and happy to help with every little need. Also, special thanks to Hind again from reception whom needless to say helped us to checkout smoothly.
Cons: Nothing just perfect
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel is really well located, clean and the staff is very polite and welcoming, especially Leila at the main lobby who was extremely nice and professional from check in to check out.
Cons: Not really made for a couple without children but the location, cleanliness and service is nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: specious room with a cozy and modern design, The bathroom was superbly clean. The restaurant food was okay, very limited choices. And the best is the hospitality of the staff, especially Mr.Mohssine from the front office team. very excellent assistance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: To be honest this hotel is an ideal relaxing place. the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful especially NEZHA, Mustapha the waiter who made our breakfast extra special, certainly there are more but I did not remember all the names. The food was excellent and that is coming from a very picky eater. The property was excellent. Beautiful gardens and excellent range of activities included, so much to do that you didn’t need to leave the hotel at all. I will definitely come back again and again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and organised, Amazing stuff, customer oriented, special thx to Hanane and Youssef for their assistance during the stay

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect hotel in the center of the city, 5minutes walking distance to the train station, clean and quiet area. They have lovely breakfast served in karma restaurant and beautiful terrasse on rooftop overlooking the city.
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was nothing to appreciate in this Hotel..
Cons: My trip got spoiled because of staying here. Upon check-in, no luggage assistance offered, no any kind of sweet welcoming words or gesture. We booked a senior suite which supposed to be a high room category, The room lack many amenities and furniture is so old and bad, kitchen is useless without any equipment, AC was not working and had to spend the night sweeting and bothered with the high room temperature. Breakfast is one of the worst that i had in my life with veeery limited choices. Service was the worst thing o mention, i asked for bucket of ice cubes and they told us that i have to go and get it by myself in the supermarket, when we told them about the AC issue, they sent 3 to 4 hours trying to fix it without any outcome (till 10PM), at the end they offered us a room which was worst than what we have (we denied it), when we wanted to swim at the pool we asked for towels and they told us that we have to get it by ourself from our own room. I fixed an appointment in the SPA, and i went down to check the facility which was shown by a female waiter from the restaurant, i asked her about how experienced is the therapist and she shocked me saying that she will be the one doing the massage (i immediately cancelled it). Elevator wasn't working for a while when we wanted to check out, hence we had to go down with our luggage by stairs from 4th floor, we asked them what is wrong with elevator, they said that it is deactivated because they are using it for themselves to get things from the kitchen. I'm tired of writing things but In short, do is the place to NOT go or stay in at any condition!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: This hotel have a good staff and clean, and have a good location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The receptionist was very fast and professional, the room and especially the bathroom sparkling clean, bedsheets were clean and fresh. The only problem is that you can hear absolutely everything that your hotel neighbors say or do. Ours were moving furniture for some reason after 20 every evening ( at least it sounded like that), but these sound issues are all over Morocco. So if you not a light sleeper and external noises don’t bother you, this place is great for you to stay: 3 minutes away from CTM bus station, 5-7 from the train station and the nearest Starbucks, 15 from Gueliz Plaza.
Cons: That the walls are so thin that I can hear everything my neighbors do and say
Excellent 10.0
Cons: beautiful hotel, clean rooms with an amazing location near everything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and peaceful
Cons: All good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with wifi. Very good location for onward travel.
Cons: The buffet breakfast. The baked goods were rather tired and overcooked.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The city was very friendly Breakfast was delicious the staff was friendly and warm
Good 7.9
Pros: I had multiple experience staying in this facility for one or two nights on my regular visits to Atlas mountain, the staff are kind and friendly compared to other hotels I experienced in Marrakech and it has a premium location just few steps away from the train station
Cons: I suggest to offer choice of pillows considering different styles and keep a drinking water in the room specially when checking in late night where there is no shop opened
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Staff, location, value!
Cons: Gym could have had more up-to date machines
Good 6.3
Pros: Inside Design of the hotel
Cons: I didn't like a bed and bed-cover quality

Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool, good breakfast, centrally located in New Town, close to shops, and also not too far from Medina.
Okay 4.8
Pros: People are friendly but the management is terrible!
Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks

Pros: The pool was so good and the staff was very professional.
Cons: The lack of trash cans around the hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wow! The staff are exceptional. The property, rooms, amenities, and location are outstanding. So happy with everything from the second we arrived till our departure. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Marrakesh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel is very quiet and relaxing with lot of green space, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing
Cons: Really nothing to complain about for the quality/price
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, garden, service..
Cons: Very good in every way!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location and great staff. Generally clean and comfy beds. When the staff heard us talking about the hotel they did offer us to stay the rest of the day, gave us a massage in the spa (was ok considering COVID), and let us eat in the restaurant for lunch (not what you’d expect in a 5* place though). Gardens were beautiful and pool was nice too. Honestly the staff are so great it’s just a shame the hotel doesn’t live up to 5*.
Cons: Poor attention to detail. Toilet paper holder fell off, ordered room service and they got the order wrong, water was turned off at some point in the night and ran yellow in the morning. Couldn’t completely close curtains. Not enough toiletries (especially shampoo). Didnt give us water again on day 2.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect with fansy surroundings. Close to Manara Mall.
Cons: .
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. I really liked the botanical gardens and the pool. I liked the location and access to shopping, restaurants, and cafes, and it was close to the town center.
Cons: The hotel rooms and other facilities need modernization and in dire need of an upgrade. A/C was not working properly; the internet was not stable, bathroom towels were very old and needed replacement, and we couldn't shower because of that.
Excellent 8.4

Cons: Old building . Rooms need completely renovation but it's okay
