Cousy Boutique hotel, excellent pool area, excellent value for money
Uncomfortable beds. Suppossed to be adults only, but had guests with a crying baby.
The hotel, staff and food was magnificent. If you want an excellent and personal experience this hotel would be the right choice. We were so impressed with the kind of friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel for single people or families.
There was nothing we did not like about our experience. It was perfect.
Beautiful, tranquil pool and lovely room. Overall great way to spend our last night in Morocco. The whole property smells deliciously of Hermès perfume. Staff are warm and do try, but came up short as the (-) section will elaborate.
I did not think this was very good value for money. Having received superior service in riads charging a third of the price, I was really disappointed in some of the service shortcomings. Nothing was particularly dramatic, but there was a collection of small incidents that, taken together, suggest the hotel needs to step up its game, especially when options of similar quality at much lower prices are readily available. I wanted a 5* experience on my last night in Morocco and settled for 3*. Some of the incidents included 1. Having to call three times to get an iron to the room 2. Having to ask two different servers to get a bottle of water at dinner and having it charged twice on the bill 3. Having to get up and pour own water at dinner as service was so inattentive 4. Despite having left a credit card upon check in, having the porter chase us out into the street to settle payment for dinner the night before, with the angry taxi loaded and waiting. (Never, in all my international travels, have I had to provide a credit card upon checkout if they have a credit card on file from check in.) The machine took forever to process the payment and after it had finally spit out a receipt they exclaimed that I still owed them an additional R32 for the bottle of water we had ordered at breakfast. I was incredulous that they were not organized enough to have all of this on the same bill and had the nerve to ask for more petty change after the initial superfluous transaction had clearly annoyed me/I was clearly in a hurry. This left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Quiet and decent neighbourhood! Great luxury! Beautiful rooms!l, garden and pool.
Hotel is beautiful, individual and chic. Classic styling with wonderful pool and restaurant. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing not to like. We will definitely be returning.
