Pros (+) The staff are lovely & really do try to help, however, communication between them is definitely lacking. The rooms are really clean & beds are comfy - which I can get for £45 per night.
Cons (-) The checkin procedure was really difficult as I am from Spain & my card wouldn't go through - it kept saying it was the wrong pin but it had worked previously & when I checked my pin in front of the receptionist, it confirmed I was using the right one. Their system just wouldn't take my card - even though if he used it like a phone booking, the card was accepted. I had to checkin twice as the syst...
