Cons (-) Room and bathroom were semi-clean. Room was hot... air conditioning did not work week. Bedding was nice but pillows so hard and lumpy my ears actually hurt.

Pros (+) Great for the various Manchester Airport terminals. I stayed in the business class rooms which provides access to the upper floor lounge which was calm and nice views over to the airport terminal. Quiet rooms - so well rested before flight.
Cons (-) Never can get my stay put on Lufthansa Miles and More loyalty program. What is wrong with these hotels and their airline partners?
