The bathroom especially bathtub.
Iron and ironing board need to return back after one hour used and need to share with other rooms because your staff said not enough. It’s so embarrassing.
We were offered an upgrade from a superior king room at a higher price, which we accepted upon our arrival. The upgraded room was at the 25th floor facing the Melaka River. We chose the hotel to enjoy the walks along the banks of the river both upstream and downstream until Jonker Street area. We knew before hand that the hotel vicinity lacks the other tourists attractions and amenities.
No housing keeping done at all. Also, the upgraded room so-called "English tea set", promoted by the staff to persuade us to upgrade was totally non-existent, no staff present at all. Upon checking out, the additional charges for the upgraded room was waived but no explanation or apology was given for the omissions.
Nice location, good facilities, friendly worker, and comfortable environment.
Little dusty around the balcony and towel was not clean enough.
So happy to know the hotel has special package for room staying and ticket of Encore Malacca.
the room was great. and the kitchen sink being outside was a good idea and convenient. the stool in the room was good idea for while drying hair too.
The breakfast was horrible. Poor choice. and at least get NASI LEMAK right. and if your chef cannot get nasi lemak and rendang chicken right, i suggest buying from the stall by the road. The fried rice was equally bad. leaving a bad impression of our nation pride. Local kuih and served croissant... sure.....
