Pros (+) The Mint was absolutely top-notch! A wonderful old building with conversion to ver tasteful and elegant style. Nothing could have been better! Perfect location, exemplary employees, beautiful establishment, room, amenities - I could have stayed more than the 6 days I was there! My experience was amazing!!!!

Pros (+) Found this as a Telegraph recommendation and whoever they’ve got doing those deserves a medal. Everything was excellent here that mattered. On a very hot day the AC was unobtrusive and refreshing, staff some of the friendliest and most professional I’ve encountered, hotel common areas super-stylish. Location also first class - within easy reach of Prado, other galleries, swanky shops etc. Breakfas...
Cons (-) The room was a touch small but plenty big enough - it’s not a resort hotel. The room layout (102) was odd with the door opening straight into the sink area but we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Pros (+) Everything great- location, bar/reception area, rooftop bar with great views, best room ever, helpful staff. Can't wait to go back- hopefully tomorrow!
