- This hotel is perfectly located, close to everything and a short walk to the Metro if needed. - Breakfast was great, lots of selection and the restaurant is very pretty. - rooms are a good size for a city hotel
The cleaner came very late in the day so we missed a proper clean of our room.
Central location. Short walk to museums and restaurants. Safe area. Comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.
The staff was amazing and so accommodating. We were welcomed and given a very nice room. The bathroom was not clean. Moldy tiles and not inviting. The manager on staff once I pointed it out he had the room cleaned and removed all the mold from the shower area. Jose was so wonderful and handled it with such grace. Invited our group top have a cocktail on him. Over all great stay. Wish we were able to use the roof top area more, and at night. It was closed for the winter, event thought it was 23* (80) would of loved to have a drink at night with our friends.
great location, spacious room, lovely balcony, very helpful staff, especially in the reception, mainly Anthony and Ana great customer service.Very obliging. Mentioned that a kettle would handy in our room, but wasn't expecting one and was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, cups etc put in our room. Anthony was great in booking some tickets for us.
Would of been good if hotel dining room had been open for dinner,so we didn't have to go elsewhere Clan Cavel was ok but mainly had Tapas menu. Also I know its not the height of summer, but having the rooftop bar up and running also would of added to our stay as it 26/27c days, just to relax after your day sightseeing
Loved the deck and jacuzzi and central location. Staff were amazing - helpful when our air con developed an error and for my birthday left a lovely banner and cake.
I just wish the jacuzzi was slightly warmer as the sun doesn’t hit deck much in September and it could get a bit chilly.
