The location was ideal. We took the option of DLs room which offered a jacuzzi and terrace however, the room was smaller than expected for the price.The use of poetry was personal and we liked the use of natural flooring to give a modern contemporary feel.

The reception area didnt do justice to the hotel.The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered.

Located right at the centre. Helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom.

The main street is very noise, evening time especially; a better soundproof windows would be a great help.

The room was lovely and in a good central location.

The restaurant/bar area were badly run. The staff were not well trained and the services were chaotic, especially at breakfast. We also tried to eat an evening meal there as well, and waited an hour for a course. Then the food arrived barely cooked. Other guests made formal complaints to management but it didn't improve. The rest of the hotel was very good.

Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.

Website led us to believe there was an exercise room with sauna and hot tub. However these items were only available as part of various spa treatments for which one would have to pay.
