Pros (+) Excellent location. A short walkbto Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market, Plaza del Sol, restaurants, shopping and other sites.
Cons (-) The rooms are a bit dated.

Pros (+) Location was excellent - a two minute walk to the Palace and Cathedral and a few more minutes to Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm back in Madrid. Staff was very nice and helpful. Oh, free wifi and a large safe in the room were nice to have.
Cons (-) Only complaint was that the room was dusty in certain areas.
