Pros (+) The location was excellent. It's right next to the opera which gives you a landmark to find it easily. I don't speak Spanish well so that was very helpful. The staff is Was able to book all my tours and was able to help me with all my questions .
Cons (-) My room had two twin beds. It really is too small for two people. They should make it just a single. I ended up using the other bed is a desk. Also it was a little dusty but overall clean. I also asked them to refill the refrigerator but they forgot to which in the end worked out. There's a supermarket right across the street. I was able to buy water and juice there and stored in the refrigerator....
