Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our host was the best, she always tried to help us so we can have the best time. The house is really beautiful with a big garden and view of Funchal. Really good breakfast, luxury rooms. We had a lovely stay!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great place to stay because it is just a 10 minute drive to Funchal but very quiet and with a nice view. Beautiful garden and nice staff. Breakfast in the garden was lovely. Would stay there again anytime.
Cons: Just one small thing: strange noises in the wall behind the bed during the night. We were used to sleep with ear plugs or headphones in anyway but people who are not might find this noise a little annoying.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent view from the breakfast area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Huge mansion, with character, amazing garden with a lovely panoramic view over Funchal, quiet and peaceful. Rich and various breakfast served in the garden, can order eggs cooked differently every day, new fruit served every day (one day mango, another day papaya, another day pineapple etc). We got upgraded to a sea view room since there were no other guests when we went - fantastic ocean view from the room / bed - worth paying extra for the sea view. There is a shared living room where you can have wine or dinner if not eating out, can also use the kitchen. Beach towels were provided on request for the days when we went to Porto Moniz or scuba diving. Rita communicated very well through messages, she speaks English and provides lots of advice of what to see and where to eat (she made a reservation for us at a great restaurant!). This is a traditional quinta, nicely preserved, but if you want a modern accommodation look somewhere else. I would totally return here in a heartbeat, it was a lovely stay!
Excellent 9.0
Cons: The bed was comfortable but far too small for two people. Unfortunately our sleep was disturbed.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A lovely property and very nice host that met us and explained everything - was very relaxed was able to get tea and coffee from the kitchen.,
Cons: The main room which we was lucky to have for 2 nights was lovely but the next one was very dark and faced trees.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our fourth stay here - as usual, everything was perfect. Rita is a great host. We always recommend QSG to friends planning to visit Madeira. My wife is a travel writer at www.packthesuitcases.com and has some photos of the views from the Quinta on there. It's the perfect place to stay.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very good location, good breakfast. Nice staff. We really enjoyed it :)
Cons: We don’t like mattress, it was like on watterbed :(
Good 6.0
Pros: The property, garden, terrace and view are pretty. I was able to work in the terrace with good wifi connection. The kitchenette was functional to make a simple meal.
Cons: The room, and service are quite basic.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: We were travelling as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We had to take the biggest and most expensive room (actually it was 2 rooms) and still we had to pay extra fees. This was definitely a downer and could have been communicated better. All in all I would not choose the hotel again as a family as we felt families are not really welcome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and facilities were great. The view from the room was beautiful and the garden like an oasis in the old part of the city. Walking distance to all major attractions in old Funchal. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Nothing really
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice rooms with a lot of space and charming views, a bit used, but perfectly clean. Special thanks to the hotel staff, we got a room upgrade (room with a ocean view) and garage parking lot. Tasty and rich breakfast, hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach and city centre. Don’t forget, Funchal has steep slopes :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice location, view and garden
Excellent 9.0
Pros: During my stay the electricity fell out for the whole muncipality. The staff informed me and helped me get to the airport in time. Thank you so much!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Fantastic location, comfortable interiors and irreplaceable service. A romantic, picturesque place with a soul. I recommend it to anyone who values privacy, tasty cuisine, playing tennis and golf and wants to wake up with a smile on their face. See you soon !
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Absolutely lovely. Great building, wonderful gardens and wider grounds. A levada walk to Monte very near. I did there and back in 5 hours and I'm not that fast. Not much else in walking distance . Very relaxing, particularly during pandemic! And reasonably priced at the time I went. I got an upgrade to main house. The restaurant and spa are a little expensive for me but the tea room and club house are fine. I spent most of my time in the gardens. Of course it is a little cooler than in Funchal and damp outside in the morning
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful place really well kept especially in current circumstances very clean and COVID safe. Restaurant superb Luiz and his staff really great couldn’t do enough. Food excellent both dinner and breakfast. Nice walk to golf club, facilities there great as well. Thoroughly recommend this place.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: My wife and me had an absolute fantastic stay at Casa Velha do Palheiro. The hotel is located on the hills above Funchal within extensive and lovely gardens. Pairing colonial flair with modern elements, the quiet area with its exclusive ambience clearly earns it place in the Relais & Chateaux selection. Special thanks go to Cindy, Sonja, and especially to Luis, for providing us a heartwarming welcome and an extraordinary service.
Cons: The air conditioning system was turned off due to the pandemic and we requested the manager to again turn it on because of the humid climate. Unfortunately, we did not get a response to that - as well as to some requests concerning a possible change of dates/cancellation because of the pandemic situation prior to our trip. The hotel management needs to improve its communication.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very good room service, friendly staff , all spoke english but little french, lovely gardens and spa
Cons: it was a pity that the sauna and the turkish bath were both closed because of covid rules
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The gardens are stunning and our room was nice. The communal areas were very comfortable. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. We will likely visit again.
Cons: We ate breakfast here every day (8 days) dinner twice and lunch twice and the food was less than exceptional, which is a shame because everything else about the stay was wonderful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Casa Velha is a secluded country house hotel, set high above Funchal, with extensive, beautiful grounds and golf course. A garden lover's paradise with free access to the famous Palheiro gardens. The accommodation is charming, as is the service. The restaurant's cuisine and ambience are very good too.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gardens, Spa, Lounge Views
Cons: A bit off the track. Restaurant pricy.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Large, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent location of the hotel in the city centre of Funchal and near a city beach. The hotel has an indoor parking space and great pool bar service. Our rooms were attached to a large private terrace, which was very convenient.
Cons: The breakfast service is a bit frustrating – there is a lot of waiters walking around, nevertheless, each morning we had to wait minimum 20 minutes to get someone to at least write down our meal orders, not to mention that they usually forgot to bring part of the meals or drinks. From getting seated to actually getting to eat each morning it took at least 45 minutes and they often just brought someone else’s meals – at that point we were so starved that we didn’t argue and were ready to eat just anything they put in front of us. I cannot imagine how they function at full occupancy of the hotel, since each morning there was only a few tables occupied by the guests.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is probably one of the best 4 star hotels i’ve stayed in. Excellent rooms. Excellent breakfast. The air-con works. There is no extra charge for things like the safe, printing etc. Location is perfect overlooking the sea in the old town.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: All good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spotless, comfortable, everting you need. Staff are warm and welcoming , go above and beyond to assist you. Fantastic location right in the old town with fantastic restaurants and bars right on your doorstep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room with a view to the sea was very spacious and comfortable and had everything one might need. For me the location was perfect, as it was just next to the cable car, many restaurant and the sea, at the same time very quiet. I would stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely everything.A hotel that deserves all the stars.Excellently positioned, close to terraces and restaurants, next to the cable car, bus station, beach. The staff is very attentive, kind, professional, always ready to help you. Spa, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, pool bar. car parking is underground and free. Extremely rich and tasty breakfast, natural juices and traditional local ingredients. An extraordinary panorama from the room and from the balcony. Exemplary cleaning, quality towels changed daily. I warmly recommend for a successful vacation. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice place. Amazing garden. Great host. Nice rooms with really comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views.
Cons: The only thing is that you can hear everything. Ifnyou come with friends, note that after 22 it will be impossible to have drinks and njght talks. It is not a downside, but simple fact. It is a quietbllace. But recommended highly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Considering the pirce it is the best deal imaginable. Beautiful terrace to sit on at any time. Great breakfast, friendly persons.
Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved everything: The location in Monte (Also a great training when you walk up from town) breakfast on the beautiful terrace a comfortable room and awesome staff thank you for everything Stefania!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A perfect stay over Funchal. The location is dreamy - yes, there is a bit of a climb from Funchal, but if you came to Madeira for active holidays, this won't be a problem for you. My room was clean, cozy, warm and had a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. Below was a beautiful terase where I had delicious breakfast every morning. The host is very warm and welcoming, knowing every guest by name and being super hospitable. I miss this accomodation already and I hope I'll be able to come back some day. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! 💙
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice location in the hills of Funchal with garden/terrace and swimming pool, welcoming host, tasty breakfast, clean room with balcony, self-service kitchen available. the car park is not far from the accomodation (~50 m). drinks (coffee, beer,...) available for surcharge. Good value for the price.
Cons: +/- noise from the motorway below could be disturbing for someone (we personally didn't mind), hot water usually in the morning only. walking to/from city center could be difficult for someone (1-2 km up to the steep hill)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful accommodation with cute, vintage furniture, an amazing view, pool, nice bathroom, a big breakfast and access to a fully equipped kitchen. Great value for money.
Cons: The location is quite high up on the hill. Walking down was fine but I had to take the bus to get there from the city center. You can walk if you’re sporty but not with a suitcase.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, delicious breakfast, everything was clean. Plus the manager was Slovak so we feel like home. Just recommend.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We really liked our stay in funchal with the most amazing host :) always in for a talk or a little joke. Our room hat a little balcony that gave us a really nice view all the way to the sea. Really nice to hang out after a good day of hiking.
Cons: Everything was nice

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s just fantastic place to stay in Funchal
Cons: Excellent place to stay!
Good 7.0
Pros: Great view and in an nice area. One of the two staff was really nice.
Cons: Needs some other furnitures.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely host and a very cute accommodation!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was incredible! Right next to lots of restaurants and bars, super close to the city centre. We stayed at the tower room, where the view over the sea and the city is amazing, lovely sunrises and sunsets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff and they let me check in early without any issues
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The following were all perfect: location, house, host (Grace), room, bed, breakfast. WiFi signal strength in the room was good. Perhaps the best location in town. The nearby bar is great for watching the sunset from (and has it’s own IPA).
Cons: Nothing except my own bedroom at home will feel small after the lovely huge room I had here!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great old house in a great spot in the old town overviewing the fort and super close to lots of restaurants, bars, the Telerifico, bus station, market and many other key spots, with super responsive and accommodating hosts that make the best eggs benedict! The "tower" studio on top has an amazing little balcony with a great view.
Cons: The house is a grand old one - creaky and quirky, which I found charming and adding to the experience, but if you are expecting new facilities, don't be.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was clean and well decorated, ensuite was new. area close to restaurants and beach. On Saturday night could hear music from the street with french window open. Liked the antique furniture in the breakfast room and reception
Cons: Shower water didn't drain very well

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Plenty of space, comfy beds, parking in front of apartment, quiet place. Center easily accessible by car -7min drive.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our house was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped and staff was nice and friendly! They were very thoughtful and we decided to have breakfast once at the property and it was wonderful. Location was ideal for us because we had a car and it was close to funchal(10 mins) and 15 mins from the airport. Pool was amazing as it was heated and our daughters love it!
Good 7.0
Pros: Very good location. Spacious, homey, great view. Laundry area very good.
Cons: Lots of the appliances ie. dishwasher was broken, the main oven was broken, the cooker malfunctioned big time, ants everywhere, there was cat hair in the bedrooms. Bedrooms had carpets which didn’t help so we had LOTS of allergy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The property has a fantastic view over Funchal. We were there for New Years and it was the best view in the region of a tremendous fireworks display.
Cons: The internet and phone reception was inconsistent in the two bedroom apartment we occupied.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: A village shuttle might be a good idea. There is so much within — golf, spa, hotel, restaurant, gardens — that it could easily be justified.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great views! Apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, clean, spacious and light rooms. TV with hundreds of channels including BBC World. Staff Emilia and Christina lovely and very helpful. Shared pool very good. Resort feels safe. You will need a car. Golfclub is just at the top of the hill.
Cons: The gym and tennis court and Spa are all the way up where the hotel is. Gym is tiny and tennis court looks slippery because of moss/ algae so we didn’t actually use them.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is really good and it has a nice view to Funchal. The staff is super friendly. The room is really comfy and the bed was giant!
Cons: The breakfast could be more varied or they could give us different options.
Excellent 8.0
Excellent 8.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location with a great view over the Funchal bay. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, swimming pool, and a sauna. Very nice staff, perfect service, good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Even though the place is a bit far from the city center of Funchal, it is accessible by a public bus or a shuttle bus.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is exceptional, spotlessly clean, beautiful interior, they upgraded us to a great room with views over Funchal. We were there only 4 nights which are definitely not enough, so much to see and do. Breakfast was really good!!, except for the coffee.
Cons: The hotel is at the furthest point on the west that you see from Funchal. You need the shuttle bus to get down to town centre and it only sets off at 1000, 1200 & 1500. It is booked up most of the time. 4 of us paid 2 euros each way twice a day, expensive at end of stay. It's also a white knuckle ride down, the drivers must have been formula 1 drivers to get the job. Absolutely brilliant views though.
Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was organized and clear. Room was clean and kept up well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Big fan of the breakfast as well as the top floor terrace and pool. Depending on what room you have there is a great view on the city of Funchal and the sea next to it.
Cons: I really disliked how noisy the room was. I could hear everything outside and it became apparent the hotel is located right next to a pretty busy street. There were multiple dogs barking literally non-stop which kept me from sleeping properly. Other than that I would have liked to be able to do some things in the hotel room, like make tea. Instead of having to go to the restaurant/bar for everything.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I would recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for a place where you can spend some time just chilling in the swimming pool and enjoying the weather. Location is perfect, beautiful view from the roof terrace, rooms clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of space to relax by the pool and the garden next to it. There is a drinks/lunch bar next to the pool as well as pool table, sauna and spa room (spa sessions have to be pre ordered at reception). Restaurant offers delicious dinners.
Cons: My only suggestion would be to place the pool table in a room where is more place around. It is impossible to play as the pool stick does not fit around!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location of the hotel is good to explore the island, nearby you can find Continente supermarket. The cleanliness of the room is also good (Im writing about modern building above the restaurant). The personal is very good. Recommend 100%.
Cons: We booked the family quadruple room with the bay view and Funchal city view, but we got the room where the view was to the wall... Room number was 308... You need a car to go around, because the hotel is about 7 km from the city center, if you dont have a car, the hotel haves their own bus that runs several times through out the day to Funchal center. And It is impossible to walk around the hotel, because it is situated on the road and there is no sidewalk on this road and usually local drivers drive too fast... very dangerous...
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The pool is very cold but to lay out there on a sunny day is nice. But it has to be sunny and warm, otherwise a waste of time and money.
Cons: It should not be a 4* hotel. Old and heavy and uncomfortable furniture, very bad soundproofing (you hear everyone walking in any room close-by, the door to the balcony is also useless as the traffic sound is the same as if they were in the room), they charge extra for the use of the safe, there is no kettle or any coffee facilities, the fridge is very small, the rooms are in general not nice. The pool is too cold for anyone to swim in it. There were 2 people that tried and everyone called them heros. Why would someone make a pool and keep it so cold?!!! From the reviews on the breakfast I thought it would be at least serving pasteis de nata! But no... basic food, canned mushrooms and watery eggs, plastic cheese and ham, some fruits, sugary juices and horrible coffee and that's all. Not worthy... The staff are nice and trying but overall i would not stay there again. On top of everything, the internet was down during the whole 4-day stay. In a place that is not downtown to have access to other things, being left without internet was just not professional!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service from all the staff the apartments were first class with a excellent location easy to find excellent for walking to restaurants bars shops and transport
Cons: Nothing everything was first class
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Bedroom in separate annexe 100,+ mtrs from hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Veronica, the manager, was exceptionally helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to stay, it is a lovely small hotel with helpful and caring receptionists. I’ve got an upgrade into the suite and had a very lucky stay in Funchal.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location - very central and convenient and not noisy in February - not sure what it would be like in height of summer though Balcony was good though one door didn't lock and shutters very tight. Bathroom and shower very comfortable.
Cons: more variety with the breakfast - I don't eat meat so the same cheese slice on a bread roll every day lost its appeal after a couple of days.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was good, service was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful.
Cons: The pillows. You need to replace them with new ones.
Good 6.7
Pros: Good part of Funchal. Main hotel building is lovely.
Cons: Noisy location but otherwise very good small hotel. The main hotel might be quieter but we were in a separate building directly above busy restaurants.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Close to all of old town and sires.
Cons: Couple minor issues but we were very happy

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful owner, good breakfast, very central , spirit of old good times
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved everything about our stay at Mirasol! It’s in the heart of city centre, comes with a parking garage and the room is really nice for the price. What’s the best about this lovely little gem is its homey atmosphere! If you want to learn more about Madeira and get to know local people - you must stay at Mirasol for an experience like no other!
Cons: Everything was great, room and bathroom facilities were all good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice & helpful hosts. Simple rooms with a good bed. Close to the ocean and Funchal old town
Cons: Breakfast is a bit simple
Excellent 8.0
Pros: - I could choose my room - great deal view (24) - cute old little family run hotel (feels like living im an art gallery or museum) - friendly and very helpful staff - could use the garage - daily housekeeping - good location, within 10 minutes walking distance to the heart of funchal
Cons: - staff was sometimes a bit to eager to make sure everything is fine - daily housekeeping emptied bin bag, but did not renew it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: fabulous place to stay, staff were wonderful, I would definately stay here again, excellent location, I was sorry to leave
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A very pleasant stay at this B&B in the centre of Funchal. I liked the high ceilings and the ambience of the place. Easy communication with the owners, the managers and the staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the location which is just steps away from the quirky old part of the town with bars, galleries and restarants. The house and the room have really homey feeling and the Horta family was just incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile! We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the red roofs of Funchal and the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. What a great way to start our Madeiran adventure.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were there only one night, but if we could, we spent there more time. Hotel is in very good location. Owner is very nice man who will do everything for you. It was really nice stay. Rooms and other equipment are cute. Thank you.:)

Excellent 8.0
Pros: View, Facilities, Room (speaking of Old House) and complete Staff : just excellent.
Cons: A Hotel in this category should not serve Jam & Butter in Plastik Containers for Breakfast. Soja/Almond/Oatmilk and a variety of Muesli Nuts or dry fruits is crucial nowadays. Overall the Menu of the Restaurant should be overworked to make the experience for every Guest total pleasing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is WAY up the hill, so it's a choice between savaging your knees with a walk down to the town, and a taxi.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff very friendly, nice view over Funchal
Cons: Small room with dark furniture (needsupdating),very average food ie. Was served raw chicken for Lunch ,dinner was very bland nothing sspecial.Small shallow pool, was charged on check out for extras consumed but even thought i stated that i wanted topp pay for in local currency my card was charged in sterling .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic through & through, the view was amazing, all the staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and their service felt very personal. Mirrors were a nice touch and the garden was insane!! Room was modern, clean and beautiful. The spa facilities were great and it was good to be able to unwind after a day of many activities. The free shuttle was quite handy although we had no problem walking to town either as it’s a very pretty & scenic place even though it’s steep
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Bedroom, Breakfast room , Terrace views and Swimming Pool Service by Angela at Front Desk, Daniel and Marco in the restaurant and manager Paulo.
Cons: Fast speed Baskets speeding past the entrance. Every day was a different route on Google Maps - avoid GPS navigation.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The view, breakfast&dinner, the team
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful view over the city from our very comfortable room. Really lovely dinner and breakfast as well.
Cons: We had a hard time with the key cards to our room. They must have tried 30 different cards to get us into the room which took a considerable amount of time at check-in.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: People working are very polite and friendly, breakfast is great, design is stylish, all was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Jacuzzi was not working that day in SPA, however Turkish bath was good and it kinda compensated it.

Good 7.1
Pros: Beautiful gardens and the view from the room is amazing. The room is also very spacious.
Cons: The rooms (especially the carpet) and the pool area need to be updated. Food quality could be improved...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Restaurant a la carte very good. Extensive gardens well cared for.
Cons: At the breakfast buffet the hot selection was barely warm.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was a terrific location. Close to the cable car and mountains. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Front desk staff very helpful.
Cons: 1. Low-quality coffee. 2. Mediocre to Bad WiFi in an otherwise great hotel might have kept them from a 5 out of 5 rating.
Okay 5.5
Pros: The hotel has a certain charm, related to the history (the common part in the ancient villa), view from Monte on the ocean and Funchal, the gardens and the large part of the staff.
Cons: The hotel equipment is poorly maintained, not renewed, the noise from the lift motor in the neighboring rooms terrible. Pigeons make balcony every morning so dirty, that it cannot be used. Breakfast offering and organization have a lot of room for improvement.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a great view. The garden was absolute lovely. Great to have the tropical garden and cable car so close by.
Cons: We thought the in house restaurant was a bit overpriced.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Quiet hotel, beautiful gardens, elegant furnishings, library with books in English to read. Lovely Views. Helpful reception staff. Good value. Very good restaurant 5 mins away in Babosas.
Cons: No fresh coffee, only instant. No tea/coffee in bedrooms. No bar staff. No internet in bedrooms. Very steep up and down to nearest cafes and restaurants, bus stops and attractions. 4c colder than Funchal centre, 550m below.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with great view.
Cons: Unfriendly stuff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful garden and view to the sea, clean and overall friendly staff. Very good location in Funchal old town.
Cons: Old fashioned rooms (needed a separate remote to turn on electricity, hairdryer was from the 80s and barely working, loud ventilation in the bathroom) The staff was not very flexible: we asked for a double bed instead of twin beds, and the staff noted this wasn’t possible, even though the hotel was booked at 10-15% capacity.
Good 7.0
Pros: Lokalita, čistota, nice garden
Cons: Prior our booking we directly contacted the hotel to make sure that their outdoor swimming pool is really heated as they declare. Base on this information we book the hotel. The reality was different. At the reception, we received information that the pool is heated based on weather. We felt cheated. And not only with promises of heated swimming pool, but also with the quality of restaurant and level of services of 4 stars hotel. We definitely not felt pro guests oriented attitude.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: I was disappointed about the breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quality - highly attentive staff, location and facilities
Cons: Remote control device for rooms - not easy to operate

Pros: Budget room for budget price. Double bed. Bathroom. A kinda balcony but not one that lest the sun in. But nice to just open the window and sit there. Room was cleaned daily. All staff were fantastic. Bar was super cheap. Old town is much better than were all the resorts are. Breakfast was basic butfine for me to start the day. Would recommend and will stay again for sure. Thanks.
Cons: Nothing.
