Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to the beach, ferry, and downtown, making it convenient for walking and sightseeing. While some found the rooms clean and beds comfortable, opinions on cleanliness and service were mixed, with several guests noting issues such as outdated facilities, indifferent staff, and maintenance problems. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some enjoying the variety and others finding it lacking in quality or options. Value for price was a common concern, as many felt the hotel was overpriced for the accommodations and amenities provided.
