Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and attending events. Many appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several specific mentions of excellent service at reception. Comfortable beds were noted by some guests. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of an elevator, especially given the steep and narrow stairs, which posed challenges for many. Cleanliness was also a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out.
