Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near transport links and city center. Service is generally acceptable, with some staff members noted as friendly and helpful, though a few negative interactions are mentioned. Cleanliness and comfort receive mixed feedback: while some guests find rooms clean and beds comfortable, others report issues with cleanliness, old facilities, and uncomfortable beds. Lack of air conditioning and excessive heat in rooms are frequent complaints. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
