Hotel Falken

Hotel has a excellent location center of everything. Next to Lucerne Lake, Chapel Bridge, Train Station Etc. Miss Aparana (Lady from the staff) is the best thing the hotel has, very friendly and helping. And gave out of box services. Thank you.

Hotel has a reception at only available from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. (They had put a notice of this at their reception but to what use.) And after that time there not even a care taker is present at the hotel. We (Me, My wife and 7 yrs old daughter) forgot the only card given by hotel in room while rushing out in the evening as we here for only 2 days and wanted to explore the max and when came back hotel at 11:30 am, main door of the hotel was closed which could only open with the card. Tried to call the hotel contact number and it was ringing in front of me in side of the hotel reception desk :@ with nobody to pick. Fortunately a nice British family helped lets us in through their card inside hotel at 12:10 am. And gave us one there blanket and pillow and we spend the night on the floor in front of our room at paying a good 140 Euro per night . Finally the house keeping came at 9 am and opened the door of our room. Leaving a hotel with people unattended like this totally unprofessional on account of the hotel management. God forbid any emergency could happen to the any of the hotel guest, some guest might help or assistance. On this account hotel staff put up their contact number on the hotel front door that evening. Rooms are too small and arcs at the window side, person sleeping on the left side of the bed must bump head 2-3 time before realizing to careful for the next time.

The room and the bath is dirty. The staff lies. The fixes are self made with undemandingness. This is a "yin wang bingguan" - low level hotel (according to google translate it is in chinease - this is written on the Hotel title above the street). Do not recommend to anybody. It is very expensive - go elsewhere, and get value for the money! - this just worth the experience, that never this anymore!

Room for four people was way too small. It was difficult to find it. We circled around and asked people for direction for quite some time before we found it.

Nothing

It was difficult to locate . Full of smell of Cheese and fondue . The bed has bedbug and mattered was lumpy and hard . I did e stay two nights though paid . Need to find new place to for second night .
