Breathtaking views of the city! Very clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.
room, view, facilities
elevators and long wait to get in and out of the building. rude security guards outside
Clean, modern , great staff
Cool hotel but nothing spectacular about it.
Had to contact the front desk through text. I was double charged on my credit card. All they said was it’ll come off in 3 to 5 days. Only had enough coffee for one person. Had a mini bar which was locked. Only to find out the next morning that we had to contact the front desk to open it. This was after the front desk had charged an additional $100 to my card for incidentals. Elevators are crazy!
My room said it would have a bath tub and my room I was given didn't have a bath tub, so was false advertisement on that part that was my only problem. Other then that I had a amazing great experience.
