The overall experience was mediocre. When my friend and I arrived, we were told all rooms were non-smoking. But, when we checked into the room we were assigned, it smelled like smoke and the air conditioner was not working. This was not good, because it was exceptionally hot. Pros (+) There was nothing good about this place.
Cons (-) Graffiti on the actual bed, bathtub full of hair, disgusting toilet, urine soaked hallways and sketched out drug users. If you want a downtown LA in the 1970’s pay by the hour vibe then this place is for you.

Pros (+) The only good part about our stay at this hotel was that the guy working the front desk when we checked in was very nice and tried to accommodate us as much as he could but he didn't have the authority to refund our money.
Cons (-) Dirty... Actually, nasty! Doors and doorknobs weren't working. The wifi worked very little if at all (wouldn't connect 90 percent of the time). Couldn't get refund for such a nasty I cleaned room with non working amenities that are listed in the description. It's basically a trap. A people trap.
