Pros (+) The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
Cons (-) I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assig...

Pros (+) Staff was really friendly, the room was recently remodeled and nice.
Cons (-) The lobby and entrance was all under construction. Self parking was more expensive than Vegas. Newly remodeled rooms smelled of paint and fresh carpet made it difficult to sleep.
