Staff went extra mile, lovely weegift for our anniversary, this place made our special weekend very memorable and I'll definitely return
Great location, clean
Not the easiest to get in and out of bed, room was very warm
The staff were so gracious and very friendly. Everyone was ready to help in the best way they could. The area is great close to everything. We are senior citizens and walk to all the attraction, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye (don’t recommend it, waste off money) Piccadilly Circus and Covent Market Square, etc, etc. Lastly, great Restaurants and Broadway Plays.
The Rain, puts a damper on your day. In the room I had two problems, first the sleeping arrangements were somewhat cumbersome, one person had to sleep by the wall, do you know the problem trying to get out of the bed in the middle of the night and not disturb your partner. And the last one was the towel warmer wasn’t working but who’s complaining.
The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile when you came in. When we needed a corkscrew they went out personally and bought one for us. The location was central to so many places.
Check-in was simple and automatic, room is fairly spacious especially for this part of London. TV has a built-in Chromecast that actually works. Most of the smart controls of the room work well and it has proper blinds to block the outside light.
Room smelled stuffy. AC probably hadn't been turned on for a while. Plates and glasses were dusty, needed cleaning before they could be used. Dishwasher had been closed for a long time, smelled awful. Couldn't figure out how some of the "smart" bits worked, like do not disturb for the door. Shower is cramped.
