Pros (+) Room was Excellent. Front desk employees were FANTASTIC.
Cons (-) The outside appearance of the hotel does not look fresh (needs an outside makeover). The hotel needs a business office room with several computers and a printer to print out boarding passes and not have to intrude on the work of the front staff. All hotels have this. It's time for Thistle Bloomsbury Park.
