Pros (+) Most Amazing location, a minute walk to Bayswater tube Station. Great staff, fantastic service. Clean, well appointed rooms. A nice relaxed atmosphere.
Cons (-) Bed dipped in the middle and the curtains didn't fully shut meaning the room was bright from very early.

Pros (+) The location was excellent - Bayswater and Queensway underground stations, and from Bayswater, it was only 1 stop from Paddington, which is the most central/accessible station. It was a 1/2 block from Hyde Park, which was very convenient. The original reason we booked was for the gym, which all the websites say they have. It turns out they got rid of it a while ago. When I walked to the front desk...
