Gorgeous Hotel but very small rooms
Location was excellent. Rooms were spotless clean
Room and bathroom very small
Marena (server in the restaurant) really hustled and kept good cheer despite being very busy. Other staff offered very good service, as well. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and tasty.
Very poor value for the money. The room was quite cramped, awkward layout, and noisy (even though the front desk said it was the quiet side of the hotel). Seating in the room and throughout the hotel common area is old and uncomfortable. I won't go back.
The hotel was lovely , very clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely and modern.
The pillows were a bit to big for me would be the only thing.
conference hotel with tiny hallways, bad views. Did not feel luxurious. Overpriced
Location is great and rooms are quite large and clean. Also quite reasonably priced.
The rooms are a bit noisy. They need to replace the windows which do not close very well so you hear all the noise from outside. Staff could be more courteous.
Great location great price
Great location - and was very close to King's Cross which was a big reason for booking this last minute. Room is small but exactly the space needed. Beautiful space and very comfortable.
Would be great if hotel could have USB outlets as a replacement for plugs and need for adapters in charging tech gadgets.
The room was very tidy, and had everything we needed! The front desk was very helpful and the tube station (Warren) was right next door.
I can't really think of anything at all. There was no fridge and my husband mistook the minibar so we were charged, but the front desk took off all the chargers.
Excellent Breakfast buffet, right across the street from the Tube stop. Neat and clean. Room decent size. Towel warmer contributed to heat in room, but maintenance guy was quick to correct that for us.
Air conditioning did not work properly and it was too warm in room at night. The hardest bed I have ever slept on! We had to take the comforter and place if under the thin mattress cover for any cushioning at all. Truly just a hard set of box springs with a cover, no mattress at all.
