The location was only thing that was good about this hotel
Very small rooms, water pressure for shower was almost dead, WC doesn't flush from first or second or even forth time TV selection is very poor, AC in my room and most rooms doesn't work
The hotel was very clean, bed sheets were very white and crisp.
Room was for three people, we were adults found it too stuffy and small.
Good location and reasonable accomodation for the price.
Breakfast room felt a bit 'youth hostel'.
The location was ideal and convenient for any one looking for proximity to central london.
The room me and my family stayed in (a quadraple room) ,was rather tight for the four of us.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
The bustling breakfast hall was fun to wake up to. We ended up walking Kensington / Hyde Park as the first thing after breakfast every day - it was a wonderful family time opportunity each time. The staff were cheerful and helpful as best they could. Location near Lancaster Gate underground was a big plus.
The four-person room was crammed - shower stall was tight and there was just enough room to pass between the beds in the room.
the location was great, staff was very friendly.
tiny room, microscopic bathroom with part of the ceiling leaking, no doors on the wardrobe, not enough hangers, cable TV not working, tiny lift.
Near the train station
The service and the people were extremly friendly and helpful
The only thing that I could complain about it that the rooms were on the small side.
the location was good
no cold water for 1 day the room was really dark, no real window
