The location was great and the staff were friendly.
The web site indicates that the rooms are small but in no way was I prepared for how small it was in reality. You can fit clients but not a large suitcase if you plan to stay for any longer than a day or two. Also, the WiFi is completely unreliable. I was kicked off repeatedly for unknown reasons and when it is your sole means of communicating with family overseas, it is a great inconvenience.
Room was a bit small & tatty
The shower was the only nice part of the room/hotel. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels daily. Lift to all floors.
The room was very small which is fair enough for a single room but there are better ways of accommodating a cupboard! There were no proper duvets-just a thin blanket wrapped in a bed sheet. I was there at the end of Nov and it got very cold at this time of the year. But the heating was only switched on in the morning and some hours in the evening but off at night (!). Sometimes I had to request the heating to be switched on. The "continental" breakfast consisted of some dry croissants/rolls, jam and old cheese. Not very continental to me. If you want to use the computer there for the internet it costs £1 per 10 mins (!). All in all the hotel needs a fresh paint. The staff was kind of rude and impolite or didn't even speak any English at all
the breakfasts were too basic and the room temperature was too hot and guest areas/public areas not open long enough for a 24 hour hotel
The narrowness of the room and the bed - only one person could stand up at a time.
