Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, attractions, and local amenities. Some reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff. However, a significant number of guests report serious cleanliness issues, particularly bed bugs, as well as general lack of cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Noise from the street, underground, and within the hotel is a common complaint, and some guests mention uncomfortable beds. While some appreciate the value for money, the negative experiences with cleanliness and noise detract from the overall stay.
