Food was excellent staff friendly
Large comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Nice bar. Friendly staff.
excelent food both evening meal and breakfast, reception and bar staff were all very helpful. The room was perfectly ok for a short stay, the price was very reasonable. I would have no hesitations in staying there again very soon.
none I can think of.
dated room totally different to the one pictured on the internet site
The clear vision that they have in improving facilities and changing what is central to what the business will become within their own time scales.
Not being offered additional coffee or toast at breakfast
Lovely location in a quiet area of Llandudno, excellent food, friendly, helpful staff.
Small room, no working smoke alarm, no mirror in the room. Hardly anywhere to put toilet bags, makeup bags etc in the bathroom, a few things missing eg telephone.
The location and view.
First night very poor room and amenties in general, second night we changed rooms ,the room was refurbished but the layout was not practical. We stayed with friends that had simililer problems and we would not go back again or recommend it to anybody.
I thought the location was fantastic with sea veiws and within walking distance to the main shops and theatre. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, all in all great value.
We had great sea veiws but had a job to see them as the windows were very dirty. The staff were not quite as attentive as they should have been and struggled to get a goodbye as we left.
Very friendly staff, good food, idealy located for a quiet relaxing break overlooking the sea. Is currently being renovated to a high standard.
Room heating was not programmed to start until 6.00 pm in early February; wide screen television in bar/brasserie.
