Cons:A bit too far out from shops etc
Pros:Girl at the gym reception extremely friendly and helpful !!
Cons:Stroppy receptionist at the main reception trying to over charge us. When asked whether breakfast was included or not, said: "you are expecting too much for that price!!". Car park wasn't included either and it was rather expensive.
Pros:Staff were excellent and always attentive. Fantastic room with a glorious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and a great bar area in the lobby.
Cons:Limited functionality from the Spa (one of the big factors in our choosing the hotel), inactive Wifi connection during the morning of check-out, and loud screech when the A/C was on full power.
Pros:Staff were terrific - from the Reception to the person who brought us fried eggs at breakfast - great team!
Cons:Not a thing - better than I expected.
