Pros (+) The front desk and concierge staff were excellent!! The concierge worked hard to find us dinner reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Very, very good. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Taxis were always available and the staff, who spoke excellent English, helped make sure the drivers knew where we wanted to go. And when it rained the staff furnished us with umbrellas.
Cons (-) The bar staff was okay but not outstanding. I was rather surprised at the limited hours of the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Dinner was okay but not as good as the breakfast.

Pros (+) The reservation staff was very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and I was allowed to check it at that time. My room was very spacious and include all the amenities that I needed. The hotel was very close to the airport and they offered free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.
