Worst night I spent in Portugal
yes, it is close to airport.. since we were arriving late in the night and leaving very early in the morning, I picked this hotel for it location -- few minutes to airport. We stayed in NH hotels before so I was thinking I am safe..
Asked for 2 twin or 1 double bed hoping for double as I was traveling with my husband Got room with 4 twin beds, not something you are looking forward of exchanging in the middle of the night when you have just 6 hours of rest.. Little did I knew.. I heard all the toilets flashing in the hotel (mind middle of the night) All the noise from dancing in the room above me All the suitcases which started to leave hotel around 4am.. and train from few blocks away I guess that hotel has paper walls.. Got to the plane soo tired... could have spend this night on the streets
Staff were very nice.
Room was not very big. Airplanes voice was molestimg.
Rooms are very nice and quite big. Location is three minutes walk to metro.
Its restaurant is not separated from the lobby, so you cannot eat undisturbed. It looked like they were surprised that they had some guests in the restaurant, because it took a long while before staff showed up. The dish we had was not as expected. There were electricity problems in the room. The water temperature of the shower was not constant. Sound of airplanes is disturbing in the early morning.
Comfortable and good.
The staff were across the board knowledgeable, courtesous and most pleasant to deal with. They went out of their way to be helpful when I had a question or a problem. This evaluation also extends to the SwissCom staff whom I spoke to by phone to troubleshoot an Internet issue. They are an outstanding crew of people, who are very service-oriented!
I would have preferred more choice on the food menu. The setting was very nice and the staff terrific, but for a vegetarian, there was limited menu.
