Perfect location for tourists, even if slightly noisy sometimes. Everything is within walking distance. Outstanding welcome from Hussein who has plenty of great tips and advice to share. Very clean room and bathroom. Good selection of fresh fruits every morning and good coffee.
Our beds were a bit too soft, and sometimes we got a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Breakfast is average, mostly industrial products. Unsavory canned juice.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The location could not be better, room was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Breakfast was good. All together the quality is great for the price. And I really enjoyed talking with people who are working there. They are so nice and always ready to help. If I come back to the beautiful city of Lisboa, I would definitely return to the hotel Portuense.
