Great location, staff were nice and spoke good English.
Other guests were noisy, and my room was next to the lift.
Did not enjoy the stay
Excellent situation Excellent bar and restaurant Staff very friendly and helpful
The bedrooms were a little disappointing. They were clean and the beds were comfortable but everything was a bit tired and in need of upgrading. There was very little storage.
Excellent location. Close to attractions.
I stayed at a single room, but the room was very plain and simple. Didn’t feel like a hotel room, more like youth hostel except I get the room all for myself. I would rate this hotel a 2 star. A very empty room with no decorations. Feels like a storage room. There wasn’t a phone inside the room, after I told them about the missing phone, they told me is was broken and had to be taken to fix. I stayed four nights, they couldn’t get it fixed... The hair dryer is very weak. WiFi is not stable, but for sure it has weak signals when WiFi was working. TV is a flat 18” monitor that was way high on the wall. I don’t think I would stay there unless the price is under 80Euro. Front desk staff is not friendly. Not that I need their service, but would be nice to see someone smiling and greets me when I return to hotel instead a unfriendly, long face every time I return; very unwelcoming. The room cleaning service need to be upgraded also, for the 4 nights I was there, not once the bedsheets were changed or pillow case changed. The pillow was a bit disgusting. It’s nice to be able to open the window and look out, but there were trash outside the window: half empty yellowed water bottle, dirty socks, cigarette butt, paper and small plastic bags; very disgusting. I must say, it didn’t feel like a hotel, feels very much like a youth hostel. If I was 20 years younger, I would be fine with it.
Central location, walking distance to centre, attractions, waterfront, bars, restaurants etc. Super clean and really comfortable beds. Powerful shower
No coffee or tea making facilities or fridge
