Location was good, and centrally located. Rooms and facilities were as expected
The site lists parking beneath the hotel. However the carpark is not available to motorcycles and this should be made clear on the WEB site. We were given the impression that this was the first time that they had received this complaint but literally 20 minutes after our arrival another 5 motorcyclists turned up and had the same problem. We choose our destination based entirely on being able to have secure parking for our bikes and whilst we ended up in a carpark a short walk away, this carpark was also not very accommodating. Insisting that our 5 bikes which took up only 2 spaces would still be charged individually.
The room was clean and tidy but the toilet was very noisy due to it being a maserater toilet
I booked a twin room for me and my mate. The room was a good size but not laid out well. The beds were side by side. We had booked the hotel as it had parking but when we arrived we were told we couldn't park our motorbikes on site and had to park in a multi storey carpark 5 minutes across town.
Comfortable room, new or refurbished, friendly and helpful staff, city centre easily accessible, secure underground car park. Make your own waffles at breakfast was a real hit.
I haven't been accosted by so many beggars in Europe for forty years. These were not immigrants, or at least spoke fluent French. I don't have the answer, but clearly there is a social malaise in Liege that needs to be addressed if tourists are going to be made to feel welcome. It's not the hotel's fault but it definitely impacted our stay.
Rooms stink for humidity
Location was good, staff helpful and shower excellent!
Parking for motorcycle in hotel car park non-existent. Told that Motorcycles we’re not welcome there. No explanation given. Had to drove a mile away and walk with all our bags. Disgusted with this discrimination against bikers!
