Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions and restaurants. However, there are frequent complaints regarding cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and rooms, with mentions of old furniture, dirty floors, and maintenance issues. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff praised for their helpfulness, while others are seen as unaccommodating. Room size is generally adequate, though some guests found bed arrangements inconvenient. Overall, the location is the standout positive, but improvements in cleanliness and bathroom conditions are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
