the noise, on the 24th floor and could still the noise from the band stand located in the alley next to the hotel. I had medicine that should be refrigerated but the hotel said an in room refrigerator would be an extra $10 per night. hotel web site says available on request, does not say anything about a sur-charge. will not ever stay at this hotel again.
super friendly and accommodating staff
So glad I booked this hotel. Free parking. Easy to get from parking garage to rooms...easy access to Fremont Street....good for both families and those who want to party Las Vegas style...woman at check in was so nice, noticed we wouldn’t be partying as we were with a young teen so put us on a floor and area of hotel where we wouldn’t notice any late nightlife...rooms were roomy and super clean shower was great and powerful..would stay again for sure!
Large comfortable room. Great staff.
Noise at night
cleanliness. security. convenience to freeway. Very nice bathroom.
Queen beds were really only full size. Could hear the guy in the next room retching all night. Air conditioner was very loud
Location right onto Freemont Street experience.
They charged 25.00 resort fee when I booked on line it said it was 20.00.
The price was amazing, the hotel is newly renovated and nice. The only thing you have to be concerned about is the outside/street noise. The bands/live music goes on until 1 or 2 am so depending on where your room is you might not sleep until after.
Reservation was not there when I got there. Called the third party to try to figure it out. Was on a hold for over 30 minutes. Ended up just buying another room as I was tired of waiting.
Great location on Freemont. Close to lots of activity.
Non-Smoking room that still smelled smokey.
It was good sta
The convinced going to the strip
It was all good
Casino with gambling, restaurants, and bars
My room was above the outdoor stage on the corner of Carson and Fremont. It was unbelievably noisy until 2:00 AM... I mean so noisy it was impossible to sleep off a good bit of beer...
Meh.... much better hotels to pick from
Hot tub and pool. Bell stand held my bags and the guy was very pleasant.
Hot tub hours should be extended until 10 or 11 pm, as 7pm is ridiculous; would have liked to enjoy it after a long flight. Front desk lady not pleasant. $100 deposit is outrageous; I have never had to provide a deposit at other Fremont St. hotels. Had problems with the toilet. Plain, underwhelming room. Overpriced and less value compared to other hotels in the area.
