The Room Was Clean
The Air didn’t work horrible customer service
The cleaning stuff was very helpful with trying there best to get my trash every few hours. They brought me towels very fast
I keep all my trash in one can by the door and still had little bugs flying all over room ,and people next door were having a wild sex very Noisy. Lady working counter when I had my son with me was very rude to me in front of my son .
Upgraded tower rooms were a nice... but there are a lot of caveats that made them not so great.
The upgraded large LG tv on the wall is so cheap, and they’ve loaded so much hospitality software onto it, that you can’t run YouTube on there for more than 15 minutes without it crashing and restarting for lack of memory. Also, some premium channels had horrible choppy picture and sound. The beds were nice looking and average comfort for a hotel bed. However, they used an old bed frame and used sections of wood instead of a box spring. This leads to the wood of the frame moving around very loudly. If you toss and turn occasionally, you could wake yourself and maybe your neighbor. Covid restrictions aren’t annoying. They act like staying in the hotel is getting into the pentagon. But you can smoke and carry out in the casino (the places everyone has to walk through to get to the hotel) without any screening. They used the cheap Chinese Surface thermometer. And then record your ID info into the room notes... no just for you... but any single person you want up to your room. Have some friends in town and want to hang in the room before going out?? They have to give up their ID for the privilege of a temperature check at the front desk. You then have to wear a pink nightclub bracelet 24/7 or you will be turned away at every elevator, even if you have a room key. The front desk woman took my money and THEN felt the need share all of this with me. When I tried to confirm the new rules, she kept answering like a politician instead of just yes or no answers. I told her you should really disclose these new rules before you charge cards because I would have just cancelled and saved the deposit and “amenities fee” (which is a government sanctioned pricing/ marketing scam, for those that don’t know)... she literally just wouldn’t respond to that. Fremont is also not fun anymore. Everywhere is closed or reduced hours because of covid. There are ID checks every block with metal detectors. And you have to go through turnstiles that everyone touches.
Mostly the staff at the check in bar. It is where I played most of the time as it was quieter
Room was dirty when we checked in. Had not been vacuumed, dirty bathroom was some sort of sticky stuff on wall and floor was dirty. Also did not clean room but one time in 3 days and had to call for towels. Was entertaining to watch all the call girls pick up men and it was quite obvious what they were doing. Hotel was great on making sure masked were worn. And where I played they were excellent at keeping it clean
