Rooms though very old, were recently renovated, very clean and in great shape. This was in the "Cabana"
Great location! Friendly staff. Keep in mind this is an older (1941) property-vintage rooms are small, cute, clean and comfortable.
Excellent staff, cleans rooms for the value.
AC and heat - when clicks off is really loud bang; sometimes loud enough to wake you up. Not sure if this is happening in other units. More Movie options would be nice. Didn't like the open 3/4 door for the restrooms.
It's a nice and cozy stay, and walking in and out between gambling machines is not an everyday hotel experience. This is one of the oldest casino opened in 1941 but most living quarters are on the other high risen side. One can smell the history from the wall.
It's not a flashy facility - if that's what one's expecting when staying in this old room that's been renovated several times, but that's probably what so much of one's money can buy in this Sin City. I like this though.
