All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wing Lei was outstanding. Wynn Buffet was good. Tableu and Jardin were both good too. Parlor suite was huge! Especially the bathroom.
Food at the Buffet was just ok. Dim sum wasn’t served with mustard or Chili sauce. When I asked they Bro it Tabasco and Tapatio sauces. Fried chicken looked delicious but was dry. Seafood selection was ok but the carving station meat selection was great! Valet was good except at checkout when it took over 30 minutes and there was only one other person waiting for their car and I called from the room.
Stuff, casino, FOOD!!!
Some housekeepers were not really friendly but still did their job really good. Nothing else to complain about
The bed was very comfortable. I also like the added Amazon added Alexa to do voice commands to open and close drapes and lights and give some information
The cost of food anywhere on this property is outrageously high
The Wynn - first class
The Wynn is amazing from the lush grounds that surround the property and the pool area to the restaurants and rooms. Everything is first class. The staff was incredible, friendly and extremely helpful and service focused. The Terrace Cafe was a great place to start the day overlooking the pool. Loved the "adults" only pool and bar. The fitness center and spa was also first class. We had a view of the Vegas strip which was spectacular.
No coffee maker in the room and no room in the refrigerator to store water and wine - that I purchased.
Clean room, excellent room planning, attention to detail, friendly personal.
Stayed for a convention on site
The rooms are super comfortable and spacious Among my favorites in Vegas Service is very friendly and outstanding Parasol Down is a hidden gem of a lounge hiding in plain site.
A bit isolated at the north end of the Vegas strip Room automation for curtains not working properly
Never needed to leave the hotel
The set up in our room +. THE SPECTACULAR View!!!!!!
It was far to get to our room & I got confused sometimes
Indoor garden oasis
Loved the outside coming in. Lovely decor and rooms modern and spacious. Bed super comfortable. Loved the waterfalls and teppanyaki restaurant. Great customer service.
For an upscale property like the Wynn, it could be better
The rooms are some of the best in Las Vegas. The motorized drapes, light controls, etc are over the top. Beds are very comfortable. Food in restaurant was top quality.
Check in process is one of the WORST in Vegas. I am not sure if its their infrastructure, software or process but I waited in line for over an hour. What I also observed is the clerks have a book with pictures of the rooms and it seems like they are trying to up sell larger rooms. When you are dealing with a lot of foreign guests with a language barrier, this process takes significant time. Literally, some guests were at the desk for more than 15 minutes for check in process. I like hospitality but having long conversations explaining everything about the hotel and Las Vegas in general need to take place at the concierge. Not sure if I will subject myself to this again. Beverage service in Casino very very very poor. Had 8 in our group at Black Jack table and could not get service. When I tried to go to the bar and BUY drinks, they would only sell one drink per person standing there at the bar. Dumbest thing I ever heard. After remembering this, I am sure I will NOT subject myself to this again. No more Wynn for me.
The Wynn doesn't disappoint
From the second you enter the building you realize that it's a 5 star hotel and casino. There are multiple pools and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The gambling floor is ample as well as the shopping and food options. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. I highly recommend!!
It is a wonderful hotel. Many atractives.is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel of las vegas.it is perfect.
no water boiler, and coffee maker in the room.
visit ruined by nightclub noise ,we lost 2 nights sleep out of a 4 night stay and had to be moved 3 times! Most dissapointing.
Golf club fees are ridiculous and should be more attractive to hotel guests.
The most confortable bed I have ever slept in
Not as many shops or restaurants as other hotels
The wonderful staff and elegantly decorated rooms. Unbelievable!
Top class hotel. We stayed on the 60th floor in a fab room but still found the hotel quite noisy and hard to sleep with the outdoor nightclub until2:30am at the weekends. Fab hotel otherwise.
Loved the pool area and service. Also the room was great and beds extremly comfy. Hotel was a high standard throughout.
Everything about the Wynn was indeed 5 star and the view from our suite across Las Vegas was amazing.
A couple of members of staff could have been more helpful.
Without doubt, the best hotel in Las Vegas and the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, the floor to ceiling windows and the view from them was fantastic; the bathroom was magnificent and the decor was fabulous. The layout of the hotel is simply fantastic and the entire property oozes class and luxury.
