From Check-in to Check-out, everything was very easy and fast. The staff was very nice and super helpful.
I liked pretty much everything.
The big suite
The room did not look like it was cleaned recently, there were dead bugs on my sheets. There was no hot water in the room, the light fixtures were not working, the balcony was dirty.
It was very comfortable
location staff responsiveness
Ididn't like anything about it was dirty and nasty. There were socks left from a young child under the bed. There was a downpour of water from the ceiling from the room upstairs, they asked us if we wanted to switch rooms with a free night,we had to pay
