The bed was like a cloud!! The hotel is very exclusive and located where I am.
I had to pay to get access to the clubs attached to the property. I didn't like that I could have felt like I was in a more luxury room. Escorted to my room wish room service was more readily available. And wish that I didn't find trash In the drawers from previous stays.
Bright, fun decor. Staff friendliness. Clean hotel. I called for medical assistance and the female EMT arrived immediately. She was very professional. I asked for an ambulance as well. They arrived shortly thereafter.
My friend who roomed with me became severely ill shortly after we arrived. She did not spend any of the 3 nights with me due to hospitalization. I was told my bill couldn't be adjusted since I booked thru a third party. Once I described the seriousness of my friends illness, the front desk manager deducted the resort fees as I wasn't at the hotel long enough to enjoy amenities.
nice location, middle of the strip and connected to all the other casinos. nice room decor and kind staff. pretty slippers and amenities
the parking is not included. careful on the resort fee. there were small pieces of wood on top of the blanket all the time (probably rained from the ceiling). gym very small
The hotel provides good access to the center of the strip and the small boutique hotel experience was good.
There are no refrigerators in the room and the sliding door and access to room service was a little awkward. We also went to the hotel pool (Drais) and no one could tell us the rules (Do we get in free or do we have to pay?). Everytime we asked someone for info they told us something different and said the rules are subject to change at any moment because Drais is not affiliated with the hotel. That may be true, but if it impacts those staying at the hotel there should be consistent rules. Especially if that's the whole reason someone booked the hotel. Online it says guests get in free, but in reality that may or nay not be true since the rules can change at any moment.
The decor is amazing! Staff is really helpful
Wish they had more food options on site
